Wenger Raises Concerns About Vinicius Junior’s Future at Real Madrid
Arsenal’s iconic manager Arsene Wenger has expressed doubts regarding the future of Vinicius Junior at Real Madrid.
Doubts Over Vinicius’ Tenure
Wenger believes that the actions of the Brazilian forward may be pushing the limits of what Real Madrid’s management will tolerate.
In a recent appearance on Bein Sports, Wenger stated,
There is uncertainty surrounding Vinicius at Real Madrid.
The seasoned French coach added,
I am not entirely convinced that Vinicius will continue his career at Real Madrid.
Concerns Over Behavior
Wenger pointed out that Vinicius’ conduct during his substitution in the recent El Clásico has not been well-received within the club. He emphasized that
Real Madrid has always sought to assert that the club supersedes any individual player.
Moreover, discussions between Real Madrid and Vinicius Jr regarding a new contract have yet to yield a resolution, despite more than a year of negotiations. His existing contract is set to expire in 2027.
