Reggie Walsh Signs Professional Contract with Chelsea

Reggie Walsh has officially signed his first professional contract with Chelsea.

The young midfielder, who made his senior debut at the age of 16 last season, has secured his first professional deal now that he has turned 17.

Impressive Debut

Walsh first appeared on the scene during a UEFA Conference League match against Djurgarden, where he was substituted in before starting the second leg of the semi-final.

This achievement made Walsh the third-youngest player to don the Chelsea jersey at the senior level.

Recent Contributions

This season, he featured late in Chelsea’s Carabao Cup match against Lincoln City and also recorded his Champions League debut at Stamford Bridge, coming off the bench in the team’s 5-1 win over Ajax.
