Hamburg defender Luka Vuskovic has expressed uncertainty regarding his playing situation for the upcoming season. Currently on loan at HSV from Tottenham, the young Croatian has attracted interest from Bayern Munich due to his impressive performances this year.

“Tottenham is also making inquiries, as I have a contract with them until 2030. Following my potential involvement in the World Cup, we will evaluate our next steps,” he further noted.

Prospects with Hamburg

Interestingly, Hamburg has no option to purchase him permanently. Nevertheless, Vuskovic is open to the idea of remaining with the team for another season, particularly as his brother’s doping suspension will conclude by then.

He remarked, “From my perspective, I wouldn’t mind continuing at HSV. Mario will be eligible to play again in the fall, and my biggest wish is to have the opportunity to play alongside him.”
