TP Mazembe wrapped up their CAF Women’s Champions League campaign with a 3–1 victory over Masar FC to secure third place.

The defending champions, who fell short in the semi-finals against AS FAR, looked to finish on a positive note.

Mazembe took the lead in the 17th minute when Rosemary Oluwafunmilayo Adesina calmly converted after a build-up play from Kgaelebane Mohlakoana.

Masar responded quickly, with Hasnath Ubamba making it 1–1 just three minutes later from an Alice Ogebe assist.

Mazembe then pushed forward and earned a 38th-minute penalty, which Marlène Kasaj confidently dispatched to regain the advantage.

Kasaj struck again in first-half stoppage time, capping off another move created by Mohlakoana to give her side a 3–1 lead at the interval.

The pace slowed in the second half as both teams made substitutions, though Masar were handed a lifeline in the 80th minute with a penalty.

Yassmin Mohamed Abdelaziz Hassanin stepped up but missed, ending hopes of a comeback.

Mazembe stayed compact in the closing minutes and managed the pressure well through added time.
