According to Sky Sports, Tottenham first showed interest in Semenyo during the summer transfer window but were deterred by Bournemouth’s high asking price, which was reported to be between £80 million and £90 million.

With the buyout clause set at £65 million, Tottenham is ready to meet this valuation. However, they will need to persuade Semenyo to make the move to London.
