Recent Achievements in the Bundesliga

Tottenham’s defender, Luka Vuskovic, currently on loan at Hamburg, has expressed uncertainty about his return to the Premier League. Recently, he was recognized as the Bundesliga Rookie of the Month for October, marking his second consecutive win in this category after previously earning it in September, surpassing contenders from Bayer Leverkusen, Christian Kofane and Ernest Poku.

Rising Star in Germany

The 18-year-old talent is captivating the German football scene and has quickly garnered a strong fan base at Hamburg, helping the team strive for promotion back to the Bundesliga. Despite speculation that he might return to Tottenham under manager Thomas Frank, Vuskovic appears to have different aspirations.

Personal Goals and Family Ties

In a conversation with Croatian media outlet MAXSport, Vuskovic shared his desire to remain at Hamburg for another season to play alongside his brother, Mario, who is currently serving a doping suspension set to last until November 2026.

I hope to have the opportunity to play alongside him one day. I wish to continue my stay at HSV for another season and share the pitch with my brother,

Vuskovic stated.

I’m enjoying my time here at HSV. My performance has exceeded expectations, and I’m grateful for the support from my teammates. I have nothing but positive things to say and aim to keep progressing.

He also mentioned that Tottenham is monitoring his performance.

I am aware that they keep an eye on my development. Tottenham is a commendable club known for nurturing young talents. However, I am uncertain about when I will return,

he remarked.

Vuskovic has made an impact on the field, scoring in a crucial 2-1 victory over Heidenheim in September and contributing to a dramatic draw against Borussia Dortmund last weekend. Despite his promising abilities, a swift return to Spurs seems unlikely, and it may take over a year before Frank considers reintegrating him into the first-team setup.
