Super Eagles Set for November Friendlies Against Venezuela and Colombia in U.S.

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has confirmed that the Super Eagles will take on Venezuela and Colombia in two international friendlies set for November 2025 in the United States.

Nigeria will first lock horns with Venezuela at the Shell Stadium in Houston, Texas, on Friday, November 14, with kick-off set for 8:00 p.m. local time (1:00 a.m. Nigerian time).

Four days later, the three-time African champions will test their strength against Colombia at Citi Field Stadium in Queens, New York, on Tuesday, November 18.

That encounter will kick off at 1:00 a.m. Nigerian time.

The NFF revealed that the matches aim to sharpen the Super Eagles squad ahead of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), which Morocco will host this December.

The fixtures also present head coach Eric Chelle with an opportunity to fine-tune his tactics and assess player readiness as the countdown to the continental showpiece intensifies.
