Nottingham Forest Loans Out Cuiabano to Vasco da Gama

Nottingham Forest has officially announced the loan of Cuiabano to Vasco da Gama.

Forest originally acquired Cuiabano from Botafogo during the summer transfer window of 2025. However, shortly before the Premier League season commenced, he was sent back to Botafogo on loan.

Continued Journey in Brazil

The loan arrangement with Botafogo concluded at the beginning of the year, but the left-back will now continue his career in Brazil with Vasco da Gama.

On Saturday, Forest confirmed that the 22-year-old player has joined Vasco on a loan agreement.

The arrangement is set to last throughout the year and includes an option for a permanent transfer. Cuiabano’s contract with Nottingham Forest is valid until 2029.
