South Africa head coach Hugo Broos has released his final squad for the concluding fixtures in the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
His side will meet Zimbabwe at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban on October 10. Before hosting Rwanda in Mbombela four days later.
Both encounters are decisive as South Africa look to recover from a recent points deduction.
FIFA handed Bafana Bafana a three-point penalty after Teboho Mokoena, who was suspended, featured in their March clash against Lesotho.
The Disciplinary Committee ruled the match a 3-0 victory for Lesotho, denting South Africa’s qualification hopes.
Despite the setback, Broos has kept faith with much of his core squad. But introduced a few changes across defence, midfield, and attack.
The goalkeeping unit remains intact, while defender Thabang Matuludi earns a first call-up to South Africa squad after impressing in the COSAFA Cup.
