Initially, Bayern Munich’s Dayot Upamecano was viewed as the top choice for Real Madrid. However, the Bundesliga club managed to secure a renewal of his contract. Furthermore, Real Madrid has shown interest in Castello Lukeba, although the hefty €90 million asking price from RB Leipzig appears to be a deterrent. Schlotterbeck’s Contract Situation

Nico Schlotterbeck’s current contract with Dortmund runs until 2027, which could allow him to be available at a more favorable price during the summer transfer window. Although early estimates suggested that his transfer fee might fall in the range of €50-60 million, this seems somewhat unrealistic.
