Crystal Palace Initiates Discussions for Sidiki Cherif

Crystal Palace has begun discussions with Angers regarding the transfer of promising young winger Sidiki Cherif.

At just 18 years old, Cherif is having an impressive debut full season in Ligue 1. He is currently signed with the club until 2028 and has previously represented France at the U18 level.

Palace’s Interest

According to Le Parisien, Palace is showing strong interest and has reached out to Angers to start negotiations for the talented player.

Angers’ Position

Angers finds itself in a position where they need to consider selling Cherif, but they are also keen to retain him for the remainder of the season. If they decide to part with the young star in January, they will demand a fee of at least €25 million.
