The MTN Elite U19 Championship reached its conclusion on Sunday, November 2, 2025, and the Champions from the Eastern Region, alongside the Greater Accra squad, have been recognized as the top talents in the tournament.

A technical committee has curated a Team of the Tournament, which features a balanced lineup of one goalkeeper, four defenders, three midfielders (including two offensive and one defensive), two wingers, and one central striker.

Eastern Region has three players in the spotlight:
- Ishmael Azaganor (Goalkeeper);
- Osman Nuru-Deen (Right-Back);
- Prince Boakye (Attacking Midfielder).
Greater Accra also showcased impressive talent with three representatives:
