Heung-min Son, the notable player from LAFC, has expressed his intention to head back to London shortly for an official farewell from Tottenham Hotspur.

The previous Spurs captain made the move to LAFC during the preseason, which meant there was no opportunity for a proper send-off at the time.

Future Return to England

Son has shared his desire to visit England in order to properly say goodbye to both the supporters and his past teammates in the next few months.

“I need to come back to London to bid farewell to the fans. It’s only fitting to part ways in person,” Son stated in a conversation with The Chosun.

“It will be a heartfelt occasion. I want to connect with the fans on a personal level and I’m thankful that Tottenham is doing well.”
