Juventus Considers Bringing Arthur Back from Gremio Loan

Arthur Melo’s Loan Situation with Gremio

Agent’s Expectations

Arthur Melo’s representative anticipates that the midfielder will finalize his loan agreement with Gremio.

It has been rumored that Juventus might consider bringing Arthur back in January, especially since new manager Luciano Spalletti aims to strengthen the midfield lineup.

Comments from the Agent

Agent Federico Pastorello shared insights with TMW, stating, “We had the option to remain with Juventus before moving to Brazil, but there was a different coach at the time. I believe Spalletti is currently in search of players who offer more physicality and presence.”

He added, “I’m not certain if Arthur fits that profile. However, he’s performing exceptionally well at Gremio. We hope Ancelotti takes notice and brings him back into the national team setup as he’s truly excelling in Brazil.”

Furthermore, “Arthur remains a Juventus player, but our focus is on ensuring he completes his loan, which is set to last until next June. I don’t foresee any major changes; he is very pleased with the decision he made, particularly because he needs to establish a steady rhythm.”

Loan Details

Arthur’s loan is scheduled to continue until June 2026, with a potential extension option available until December 31.
