Ivory Coast booked their place in the knockout stages of the WAFU-B U17 qualifiers with a convincing 3-0 victory over Ghana, while Niger revived their campaign by beating Togo 3-1 on Matchday Two in Yamoussoukro.

The Young Elephants, who had opened the competition with a 2-0 win against Niger, maintained their dominance with another clinical performance.

They struck in the 4th minute, capitalising on a defensive lapse before sealing the result in the second half, with their number 7 scoring twice to complete a brace.
