Inter Milan Initiates Loan Negotiations

According to Italian journalist Alfredo Pedullà, Inter Milan has begun talks regarding a potential loan agreement for the right-back. The Serie A powerhouse previously had Cancelo on their roster before his transfers to Juventus.

Financial Arrangements

Inter Milan plans to cover half of Cancelo’s salary. The Portuguese defender earns €15 million annually, and since he has completed half of the season, he is entitled to €7.5 million for the remaining period. Of this amount, Inter would contribute €3.75 million, while the rest would be paid by the Saudi club.

Transfer Background

Cancelo joined Al Hilal in the summer of 2025 after the Saudi club paid €25 million to Manchester City. He is tied to a contract that extends until 2027.
