Sir Geoff Hurst Condemns Jude Bellingham’s Father’s Conduct
England’s World Cup champion Sir Geoff Hurst has openly criticized the actions of Jude Bellingham’s father, labeling them as “shameful.”
Hurst’s Displeasure
Hurst has expressed his dissatisfaction with Mark Bellingham, who is the father of Jude Bellingham, a midfielder for Real Madrid, and Jobe Bellingham, who plays for Borussia Dortmund.
Incidents in Germany
Mark Bellingham faced backlash in Germany for reportedly approaching BVB coach Niko Kovac after Jobe was substituted during halftime in a 3-3 match against St. Pauli this season.
Former West Ham player Hurst shared his thoughts with The Sun: “What has frustrated me is seeing a picture in one of the publications that refers to Jude Bellingham’s father as the most influential person in English football.”
He added, “He expressed his dissatisfaction when his son was taken off during a match, which is utterly ridiculous. If this behavior continues, it is simply unacceptable.”
