Albanian International Signs Permanent Deal
Maldini Kacurri, the Arsenal defender, has officially transferred to Grimsby Town with a deal that extends until 2027, including an option for an additional year.
Loan Experience Preceding the Move
Before this transfer, Kacurri had made a solitary appearance for Arsenal and spent the initial half of the season on loan at Morecambe in the National League.
Manager’s Insight
Grimsby Town’s manager, David Artell, expressed enthusiasm about the new signing.
“Maldini is a physically robust and commanding centre-back who will greatly enhance our defensive line,” Artell remarked on the club’s website.
He added, “In addition to his defensive skills, he is a young talent with significant potential, and we are eager to see the energy, attitude, and determination he will contribute to the team, both on and off the pitch.”
