According to reports from HLN, Beşiktaş is poised to finalize the signing of Genk’s striker Hyun-Gyu Oh for a fee of €15 million. After previously experiencing a failed medical examination which thwarted a transfer to Stuttgart in the Bundesliga last summer, Oh has successfully passed his medical check ahead of his upcoming move to Istanbul. This transfer marks the end of his one-and-a-half-year stint with Genk.

Hyun-Gyu Oh has had a notable performance in the Belgian Pro League this season, leading Genk with six goals. In total, he concludes his tenure at Genk with 22 goals across 73 appearances.
