Ranel Young Signs with Bristol City

Former Liverpool winger Ranel Young has officially joined Bristol City.

Departure from Liverpool

Last summer, Young decided against a new contract from Liverpool and opted to sign with Usce, a team in the Serbian Second Division.

Return to England

Now, he has ended his time in Serbia and made a return to England, signing with Bristol City on a contract that runs through 2027.

“Ranel is a versatile player with a lot of talent, and we are excited for him to join our under-21s setup,” stated Brian Tinnion, the football chief at Bristol City. “He adds quality and has a host of potential in the game.”

Additional Signings

In addition to Young, Bristol City has also signed former Ipswich Town captain Sam Morsy, who recently played for Kuwait FC.
