Chelsea Welcomes Dave Fallows to Management Team
Chelsea Football Club has announced the addition of Dave Fallows to its management staff.
New Role in London
Fallows, previously the Head of Scouting at Liverpool for a decade, steps into his new position with Chelsea starting today. His responsibilities will include overseeing scouting operations, player loan agreements, and the development of talent pathways.
The club confirms that the 65-year-old Fallows has signed a contract that extends until 2031.

“We are delighted to have Dave join our team. His expertise will enhance our already skilled group as we aim for sustained success in the future,” stated Chelsea’s co-sporting directors, Laurence Stewart and Paul Winstanley.
