Jason Ayto Set to Join Brighton as New Technical Director

Former Arsenal assistant sporting director, Jason Ayto, is poised to take a role with Brighton.

Brighton announced on Friday that their technical director, David Weir, has departed from the club.

Ayto to Replace Weir

According to the Daily Mail, Ayto is set to step in at Falmer Stadium as Weir’s direct successor.

Ayto previously collaborated with Edu at Arsenal before temporarily filling Edu’s role after he left the club. Following the appointment of Andrea Berta as the new technical director, Ayto exited the Gunners and is now ready to begin his new chapter with Brighton.
