Their late-game triumph of 2-1 against the Eastern Region allows the Bono team to secure a total of 11 points. Meanwhile, Ashanti Region finished as the runners-up in the group, while the Upper East Region ended their campaign at the bottom without securing any points.

In Group A, the Greater Accra Region displayed their strength by achieving a dominant sixth win against Eastern Elite B, thus preserving their remarkable undefeated streak. The Northern Region closely trails them with a tally of 12 points.
