A total of ten Regional Football Association (RFA) U-19 teams have been organized into two groups of five as part of this initial round of the secondary youth competition.
Group A and B Line-ups
- Group A: Northern Region, Upper West, Brong Ahafo, Eastern, and Western Region.
- Group B: Greater Accra, Ashanti, Central, Volta, and Upper East Region.

The drawing event took place on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, coinciding with the official launch of the MTN Elite U-19 Championship at the GFA headquarters.
Scheduled to run from October 23 to November 2, 2025, at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence in Prampram, this 11-day tournament will highlight Ghana’s upcoming football stars.
