Di Maria’s Return and Coaching Aspirations
After his stint with Benfica, Di Maria has returned to his roots in Argentina, joining Rosario Central this year.
Coaching Aspirations
In a recent conversation with ESPN, Di Maria shared his ambitions for the future. He stated, “I’m in the process of assembling a coaching staff alongside Leandro Paredes. I am currently pursuing my coaching course to obtain my license.”
Plans for Team Management
Di Maria went on to elaborate, “Our teams will adopt a 4-3-3 formation and commit fully to it. Leandro and I have already discussed this. Once our playing careers are over, we aspire to manage both Rosario Central and Boca Juniors.”
Di Maria and Paredes, who are currently teammates at Boca Juniors, previously played together for the Argentina national team as well as at PSG.
