However, Di Livio is confident that coach Luciano Spalletti can assist Vlahovic in rediscovering his top form. He shared his views in an interview with TMW, emphasizing the importance of not hastily signing a new striker just for the sake of filling a position.

He stated, “There’s been a lot of chatter about the need for a striker. But, in my opinion, acquiring a striker merely for the sake of it would be a poor decision. Instead, it would have been wiser to make no moves at all and focus on bringing in (Jeremie) Boga, especially as we already have talent at our disposal.”

Di Livio continued, “Indeed, Vlahovic ought to be assessed: under Spalletti’s guidance, I believe he can reach exceptional levels again. I would recommend keeping him. To clarify, Juventus shouldn’t have to persuade anyone; it’s the players who need to motivate themselves. I genuinely believe that, with Luciano, Vlahovic can regain his prime form.”

He added that Vlahovic’s passionate celebration during a recent game showcased his dedication to the club. “Clearly, he can’t expect to maintain his previous salary,” Di Livio remarked.

Additionally, Di Livio addressed Spalletti’s situation, whose contract is also ending in June. He stressed, “He needs to be retained without delay; we must ensure his position is secured. It’s crucial that we begin planning for the future of Juventus with Spalletti’s insights in mind.”
