The Ghanaian made history as part of the country’s U20 squad that won the 2009 FIFA U20 World Cup, marking Africa’s first triumph at that level.
He went on to represent notable clubs including Ashanti Gold, CS Sfaxien, Real Madrid Castilla, Standard Liège, FC Porto, Besiktas, FC Augsburg, Lens, Royal Antwerp, Zulte Waregem and Seraing.
