Martial has joined the Liga MX team after a spell of 18 months at AEK Athens in Greece. The French striker has moved to Monterrey for a reported transfer fee of €3.85 million.

Monterrey issued a statement today, confirming: “Club de Fútbol Monterrey informs supporters and the media that French striker Anthony Martial has permanently joined Rayados de Monterrey, signing a contract that extends until 2027, with the possibility of an additional year.”
