Juventus Poised to Hire Newcastle’s Commercial Director Peter Silverstone

Juventus is preparing to welcome Peter Silverstone, the commercial director from Newcastle, into their ranks.

The Daily Mail reports that Peter Silverstone has been placed on suspension by Newcastle United.

Departure from Newcastle

After spending three years at St James’ Park, Silverstone’s exit comes as a result of an evaluation period conducted by the newly appointed CEO, David Hopkinson, during his first 100 days in charge.

Silverstone is expected to join Juventus, where he will be part of the team led by Chief Executive Damien Comolli.

Sources have revealed that Silverstone’s transition from Newcastle is amicable, as he played a significant role in achieving a remarkable 130% increase in revenue during his tenure.
