Lopez Returns to Celta After Stint with Wolves

Miguel Lopez has made his way back to Celta from Wolves, where he had signed last summer. He is in Vigo to finalize his transfer.

Loan Agreement

The attacking midfielder is set to rejoin Celta on a loan deal through the current season.

Previous Collaboration

Lopez previously worked under Celta’s head coach Claudio Giraldez with both the B team and the first team prior to his move to Wolves at the conclusion of the last season.

Giraldez commented on Lopez’s impending return: “Fer provides me with confidence due to his quick adaptability. He can function as a central midfielder, an attacking midfielder, or a winger, and he excels in both offensive and defensive roles. He also has the capability to help set up attacks and find the back of the net. He brings a versatile skill set that could be valuable to us in this transfer window.”
