Brazilian Football Federation Confirms Contract Discussions with Carlo Ancelotti

The president of the Brazilian Football Federation (CBF), Samir Xaud, has announced that negotiations for a new agreement with Selecao coach Carlo Ancelotti are progressing well.

The renowned coach, formerly associated with clubs like Real Madrid, AC Milan, and Chelsea, is presently under contract with the CBF until the conclusion of this year’s World Cup.

Future Goals

Given the substantial influence Ancelotti has already had, the CBF is eager to retain him not only for the upcoming Copa Libertadores but also for the 2030 World Cup.

In a media interaction held on Sunday, Xaud shared, “Conversations regarding the renewal are already in motion, and both sides are keen. We are currently navigating some administrative steps to ensure he can continue his work with us.”
