Bayern Munich Aims for Extended Stay of Harry Kane

Bayern Munich’s sporting director, Christophe Freund, has revealed the club’s desire to prolong Harry Kane’s contract.

The English forward has been speculated to make a return to the Premier League next summer, with interest from his former club Tottenham confirmed by manager Thomas Frank.

Kane’s Impact on the Team

Kane’s existing contract is valid until 2027. Freund stated: “We’re likely witnessing the finest version of Harry Kane ever. We value not only the goals he brings but also his contributions to the team’s dynamics. He is an ideal player for us, and Harry feels very much at home in Munich with his family.”

Freund continued, “This is why we aspire for him to remain in Munich for several more years.”

He acknowledged that while it may be “premature to delve into specifics,” the prospects of a partnership extending beyond the 2027 contract are favorable for both parties.
