Born in Spain to a Moroccan father and a Spanish mother, this 16-year-old forward has already made appearances for the Moroccan U16 and U17 national teams.

Despite his early commitments to Morocco, the Spanish Football Federation is still keen on enticing him to join their youth teams.

In a statement released on Friday morning, Barcelona confirmed: “Ismael Ziani has signed a contract extension to continue with our youth team.”
