Mohammed Noor Critiques Karim Benzema’s Transition to Al-Hilal
Former Al-Ittihad player Mohammed Noor has expressed his discontent regarding Karim Benzema’s transfer to Al-Hilal.
Departure from Al-Ittihad
The Ballon d’Or recipient departed from Al-Ittihad after expressing dissatisfaction with the terms of a new contract proposal.
Noor’s Strong Response
Noor commented critically, stating: “Karim Benzema’s contract was scheduled to end on June 30, 2026, and he was presented with two renewal offers from Al-Ittihad, but he delayed his response.”
Furthermore, he stated, “Benzema had already struck a deal with Al-Hilal without informing the leadership of Al-Ittihad. He later attempted to pressure the club’s management, which had extended offers to him, but he chose not to engage, having already made agreements with Al-Hilal officials.”
Noor continued, “He secured an agreement with Al-Hilal and exited Al-Ittihad on unfavorable terms. Did he not owe it to the fans who supported him and cheered for him to express his gratitude before his departure?”
In conclusion, he remarked, “He is the one at a disadvantage, not Al-Ittihad.”
