El-Din communicated to Mundo Deportivo: “Indeed, Hamza Abdelkarim is heading to Barcelona.”

He further expressed, “I wish him all the best in his endeavors as he aims to make a name for himself at Barça and not return to Egypt.”

Loan Deal Details

Abdelkarim is set to join Barça Atletic on a loan that will extend until the conclusion of the season, with an option for the club to purchase him in June.

Despite his young age, Abdelkarim has already made nine appearances for Al Ahly’s senior team.
