Liverpool Defender Emmanuel Airoboma Signs Professional Contract

Liverpool’s young defender Emmanuel Airoboma has officially committed to a professional contract with the club.

Early Beginnings at Liverpool

The 18-year-old talent has been part of Liverpool’s youth academy since he joined the U12 squad.

Career Progression

Originally discovered through grassroots football, Airoboma typically plays as a centre-back but is also versatile enough to function as a right-back. Last season, he was an integral part of the U18 team and has now advanced to join the U21 squad under coach Rob Page for the upcoming season.

His debut in Premier League 2 took place on August 25, when he entered as a substitute during a 3-2 loss against Burnley.
