Future at Freiburg Remains Uncertain

The representative of SC Freiburg midfielder Johan Manzambi has clarified that there will be no attempts to facilitate a January transfer for the player.

Manzambi is reportedly on Napoli’s radar as the winter transfer window approaches.

Focused on Current Season

Ismael Miller, Manzambi’s agent, expressed in an interview with Stile TV:

The main focus for Manzambi is to complete the current season with Freiburg, where he has been performing admirably. His goal is to maintain his form in the Bundesliga, and should Switzerland secure a spot, he aspires to participate in the World Cup. We will reassess the situation later.

Considerations for a Future Move

Miller further stated,

Before making any decisions about switching clubs, we will approach the situation judiciously. My phone does receive a lot of inquiries, and there is interest in him, but his aim is to remain composed, finish the season with Freiburg, and represent Switzerland. Nonetheless, if a significant offer comes through, I will certainly consider it.

We appreciate everything Freiburg has done for us, but should a proposal emerge that presents an opportunity for growth, we would, of course, evaluate it in conjunction with the club.
