AC Milan Deliberates Transfer Strategies as Christian Pulisics Contract Negotiations Stall

Christian Pulisic Contract Talks on Hold as AC Milan Weigh Transfer Options

Contract Talks on Hold

Christian Pulisic’s negotiation for a contract extension with AC Milan seems to be in a stand-by phase, as no discussions have been set for the USMNT star amid fresh transfer rumors.

The 27-year-old has quickly established himself as a vital member of AC Milan since his transfer from Chelsea in 2023, achieving six goals and two assists in just eight appearances this season.

Lack of Progress in Negotiations

Although there were initial conversations about a new contract and a potential salary increase, the dialogue between Pulisic and the club has stalled.

According to journalist Matteo Moretto, the situation is currently at a standstill, with Pulisic contemplating his options.

Moretto explained that Pulisic’s contract is set to run until 2027, with an additional option for AC Milan that could extend it until 2028.

He added that there has not been any significant development, and it remains in a stand-by phase. AC Milan has not scheduled any meetings for a renewal, though it is a topic they will need to address.

For now, everything is on pause, and there has been no communication between the two sides. Further updates are expected once negotiations restart.
