Aduana responded through captain Alex Boakye, who headed home from a corner in the 41st minute to level the score.
The Ogya Boys dominated the second half and pressed for a winner as the visitors defended deep.
Their effort paid off in the 88th minute when Emmanuel Marfo scored his third goal of the season to seal victory.
The win gave Aduana their third home victory in a row, while Bechem remain winless after five matches.
